1.1 When you place an order in our pet store, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1.2 You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your order details carefully and contact our customer service if anything is incorrect.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of technical issues or pricing errors.

2. Delivery

2.1 All deliveries are handled directly by our store. We are fully responsible for the delivery of your order.

2.2 Our standard delivery time is 4–7 business days.

2.3 You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. This email includes a track & trace code so you can follow your delivery.

2.4 We strive to deliver within the stated timeframe. If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 We offer free shipping on all our products.

4. Receiving Your Product

4.1 It is your responsibility to check the product for any defects or damage upon receipt.

4.2 If there are any issues with the product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue by replacing the product or offering a refund.

5. Returns & Refunds


5.1 If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will either refund you or send a replacement — no return required. Just contact our customer service with a photo or video as proof.

5.2 If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return your item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. In this case, return shipping costs and any customs fees are your responsibility.

5.3 Returns must be sent using a method that does not require customs clearance on our side. If the package is sent with duties or customs charges for the receiver, we unfortunately cannot process the return.

5.4 Once we have received the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount.
