1. Return Policy

1.1 If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or gets lost, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement — no return required. Simply email us a photo or video as proof.

1.2 If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

1.3 Return shipping costs and any customs or import fees are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

1.4 All returns must be sent using a method that does not require us to pay customs duties. Returns sent this way cannot be accepted.

2.2 We’ll confirm your request and provide simple instructions for your return.

2.3 Returns must be shipped within 14 days of your return approval.

2.4 Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

3.1 Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit/debit card).

3.2 You’ll receive the full purchase amount for approved refunds (excluding shipping fees where applicable).

3.3 If your product was damaged, incorrect, or lost — we’ll refund you in full, no return necessary.
